This issue was opened retrospectively.

An Oak server experienced a localized hardware-level issue that caused performance degradation or delays in some scenarios, for a small portion of the file system.

Data stored on Oak was not affected, but jobs that were running between 3:30 PM PST (7/17) and 1:37 AM PST (7/18) may have experienced some errors if they were accessing data stored on the impacted component.
