Filesystem issue
The problem has been resolved, the file system is back online.
We had an internal power distribution incident on oak last night, which resulted in two disk arrays losing power. We’re working on restoring power and bringing the filesystem back online as soon as possible.
The issue has been identified, we were able to swap an IO module in a storage chassis and have a ticket open with the manufacturer for additional diagnostics.
The file system is now back online.
The file system lost access to one of the storage units. Some data may not be accessible at this time. We’re working on bringing it back online.
We’re currently investigating a hardware issue on Oak.
